You should provide tapes that got to 20yards. Have one sight tape on top pin and 1 on bottom pin

I assume you mean for the Trio. Not a bad idea. Try calling Customer service as they keep sight tapes on hand.

The top screw holding the pointers on for the wheel tape is in the way of me adjusting the bottom pointer for the wheel tape high enough, any suggestions?

That top screw is optional. It's not needed, but it is included to make that top pointer a little more stable when the screw is used.

Are they compatible with the picatinny mount...

The TR Picatinny mount can be used interchangably with the standard mounting bracket that comes on the sight, so yes.
