Heroes in HoN were so much more creative imo. A lot were combinations of Dota heroes but they worked so much better like Amun Ra/Parasite. Wish they would port heroes like Nomad, Silhouette, Pandamonium, Gemini, Engineer, Zephyr, MoA, Warden. I can honestly see a lot of these working in Dota.

@reveirg9 yes exactly, the combination was much more emphasised in HoN, and they used things from wc3 in it also, like corpses and incorporated it with gravedigger. MK in HoN was just sick also and let's not compare the sound, like the announcer for annihilation is over 9000 times better than any of the other. Ofc all of this is imo

Well that is my point about DotA players trying league. They are clueless cause they play few games vs other new players thinking they mastered the game. Don't get me wrong I get that DotA is a good game and difficult I play it as well with friends sometime but saying it is harder than league despite having a smaller player base Is coping. It is simply different league has a lot of different focuses than DotA. The beginning is for sure easier but once you get more into both games both become difficult in their own way.

To be able to compare Dota 2 and League, he played every hero from every game once and kept playing a while. You can watch the whole journey. Would you be willing to spell teh conclusion out?Also grubby got into the 0.1% of the player base after 1 year (while testing enw characters and etc). IN low he has 6 ranked games, won 1 of htem by luck and lost every other game. Currently lvl 31. So i dont think he even knows the game that well yet anyway. Not even sure how you get to grubby but you perfectly show cased my point of players talking about agmes withotu ahving played them properly yet. You use grubby someone who is basicily the iron lvl right now so one ofhte lowest rank as an example of him analysing both games. It is like ceb calling last hitting and the game easy while having missed 80 cs in 12 minits . which is worse than someone in the lowest rankout there would do and winning lane with perma ganks againts new players. to give you an example imagine someone starts dota has 25 cs as pos 1 at 10 minits againts other new players adn calls last hitting easy. @@BlueFlash215

The thing you say about punish is just way dum cause it's applicable to dota as well if you're good. one example in league is just so dumb because you see enemy cast their spell and you still cant do shit because of how fast It's CD so league lanes are just sit in lane for 10 mins pray to god that your skill will hit or your jungler would roam to you which is so boring. only mid and top players got to 1v1 and its not even fun how stagnant it is

The thing about league high elo being is min/maxing. Which is harder to do in dota. Dota has less gold in general given with more mechanics in earning like stacking, bounties, denying and gold loss on death etc. The way League is it is simplified or streamlined gameplay and made easier for players to understand, leading to an easier game. Your point is inaccurate bro.

I enjoyed it for quite awhile until it became too stagnant but I love how much skillshot League has. and talking about minmaxing dota has it too. that's why you see alotta variant

I mean, I've played in the higher ranks of both games, and League is outright easier than Dota 2 by a country mile. League is extremely simplified by comparison, and that makes it easier to pick up. I started playing League a few months before Pyke dropped, and by the time he released, I had hit the upper ranks, and it really was not much of a struggle. I wasn't even playing the same role, I'm hard pos 4 (support for League players) in Dota 2 but support was actually training wheels boring as fuck easy mode in League so I very quickly switched to Jungle and just climbed. League is fun and has its merits (well...had...Riot seems insistent on continually ruining their game for the sake of "engagement"), but there really just is no comparison to Dota 2 when it comes to depth and challenge.
