The legendary TV superstar Shawn Ellington brought the famed original Murder Nova down to Georgia where FuelTech USA’s Luis de Leon and the team hooked it up to the in-house dyno.
The big-block Chevy cranked out 3,200hp at 48 psi of boost on the Mainline Dyno as the team prepares for small tire class racing in 2020. Murder Nova relies on a FuelTech FT600 with integrated Boost Controller and Traction Control as well as an FTSPARK 8 to keep a handle on the twin turbocharged monster.
The car is slated to run in Limited Drag Radial and Pro 275 for clock-on racing and a set of true 10.5-inch slicks are ready for big money No Time Shootouts.
