I checked and they never seemed to have finished this btw. Have actually been looking around for people that plopped the Eluminator into stuff, because I've wanted to make my own build. But Ford doesn't give you basically anything other than the motor itself. It does at least have an internal differential, but still. I love how the title is basically just a lie lol, they never even put an Eluminator in it. You have to source Inverter/Controller/Battery & it's management system to even get the thing moving, and I haven't seen ANYWHERE that's selling any of that stuff aside from the Batteries. I think MAYBE the company supplying the motors to Ford might have some of it. Except there's literally no advertising of that. I guess if you have the HV equipment to deal with batteries you could get some from McMaster-Carr. They sell LiFePO4 batteries now, so if you get a battery welder I bet you could weld a bunch of the batteries together and get a servicable one on standby. !!!You'd have to build a HV box for it, first though!!! Do not try making a HV battery with no HV equipment!!! Ford seriously needs to advertise the other parts needed for their Eluminator, though. The sheer Voltage needed to run one of these is probably a big deterrent, I bet they looked into how much either A) A battery costs, and where they would have to put it in the car (by cutting out part of the floorpan) or B) The HV equipment costs to make their own battery And decided to drop it. The low view count after a couple years is probably a big factor too.

@@michaeldunn3065look at 0:13 seconds at the bumper and fender gap then go to 0:58 and check the gap between the bumper and fender. Has 0 to do with the hood not being closed all the way on the dyno. It’s not a huge deal just what I was trained to do 🙌

If you want consistent 6 seconds, get your engine and drive train built by Calvo like I did as all the records you talk about we all hit years ago and went way faster years ago. I haven't ever seen a Steve Morris engine be worth a shit in 1/2 mile or roll racing.

That's because you're clueless.. he makes stuff last at 5000 horsepower... It's a way over calvos head I promise... When calvo designs and builds their own engines from a solid billet block in house hollar at me.....or when they stop blaming other people for their stupidity when they break stuff.. I'll never have another calvo anything in my life after all the problems and no solutions just finger pointing from them... More money than brains at calvo... And the guy that owns these vipers knew to stay away... That's no coincidence I've been on a few drag n drives with Ned he knows what's up and if you raced at his level you would too...
