Unironically yes. Although my sleeping is still really bad I remember when I worked night shifts and went to sleep at about 8 or 9 AM and slept to 2 PM. After a week of that, I was having the worst nightmares everyday. Even sleeping for 4 hours at night is better, that way you at least don't dream at all.

@@spaghettimkay5795 in context, it is genuinely heartfelt and played straight the clip is a reaction shot of Frank reacting to a dance Mac (somewhat surrogate son of Frank) performs for his dad in prison and in front of other prisoners. before Mac starts the dance, Mac comes out to his father as gay. halfway through a really chilling and quite beautiful performance, Mac's dad leaves without a word, unlike Frank who stays for it and is very emotionally invested in the entire thing. at the end of the dance, Mac is laying head first in the arms of his dance partner and the music fades out. the woman embraces Mac and quietly tells him it's okay. after a choir begins to sing somberly, we cut and zoom in on Frank annnnnd. yeah! apologizes for nerding out over a eight second clip of a silly show
