Showed my ole lady these parts awhile back and she tripped about the prices. She now really sees how much I enjoy everything so she’s really starting to come around and is fine with me buying it now.

Awesome, appreciate you sharing. I have the limited edition blazer , came with the V8. I bought all the details stuff except radiator . Good to know about the steering servo . Now I can get the radiator, awesome. Great looking build . As always appreciate your videos

A pretty neat set up, all it need's now is either a fan and fan shroud or a electric fan in a shroud again hopefully RC4WD or someone will do something, you may already be able to get something. What I would like a radiator/electric fanwith shroud that slips over a servo.

Those are some great upgrades! They look great and to have the pulleys turn is even better. Do the newer blocks have all of the holes for bolting on these parts as you said yours was 1st gen. This video is very intriguing. Is the actual electric motor inside the V8 block as I noticed wires coming out, or is it a small motor to turn the pulleys? I have been interested in the off-road racing and bashing side of RC but really want it to be in kit form. This takes "kit" to a whole new level! I can see the interest in the true scale side of things. Do you know if RC4WD makes a scale Tow Truck? I used to be a Wrecker driver and making a working scale truck to add to my collection would be great. Thank you for an honest and informative heads up on these upgrades! Well done! Now you are tearing me in another direction as to my next RC

Hay Greg What i would do is try and see if you can turn the air cleaner in a on and off switch. Or maybe you can modify the air filter into a switch so you can turn the truck on or off. But All that said i motor looks grate so real good job....

I saw one of just the "long block" of this earlier this summer. Aske the shop guy what it was and how much. I think $180 with out the detailed accessories. NO THANKS!
