Inaba has a specific technique where he clamps his feet to the ground to prevent being thrown by the opponent. He's used to fighting larger foes. Granted Julius is probably too much, yeah.

@@pango4425 Except isn't the specific Arena a sand or dust pit? the only way he would be able to grip the ground hard enough is if he dug his toes all the way down into the ground. There is also a few other things to consider however, first being toe strength, in which case humans like HEAVILY, we lost "hand" like feet along our evolutionary track, and even then it is good to know there is still a limited threshold on how much force the joints can stand, not to mention the fact that unless he has FULL control over his feet to make the heel also dig into the ground that any sorta force pulling from the front or back depending on how the toes are dug into the ground will cause him to fall down if pulled. On another note, if he does have a good hold on the ground somehow whether through "de-evolution" or from extreme surgery, the only thing keeping his hair on his head is frankly his arms, any person who has tried it knows how easy hair can be pulled out, now imagine someone almost twice your build and muscle pulling your hair out, it might rip your scalp apart. This is mostly however speaking from a real world perspective, by no means am I saying it is not possible in the Kengen verse considering stuff like "Advance", just the idea of a ranged grapple is something that has no practical uses in multiple verses.
