I'm so glad I found this post. My mother tried teaching me in my youth and as I age, I find myself thinking about that sentimental moment in my life. Thank you, father for taking it slow to help me with my pronunciation. Being1st generation born here, I've always struggled with that. God Bless

Thank you for saying this slowly. I really appreciate this video. I have been trying to learn how to say prayers in Polish, but it's very hard to find someone to say it slowly to learn. I am American, but my grandfather was from Poland and I have been trying very hard to learn Polish prayers in a way to honor and remember my grandfather. Thank you very much! God bless you. Can you please say the "Eternal Rest" prayer slowly also? I'm so happy I found your video 🙂🙏❤

Same here. I am trying to say the rosary in Polish like I believe my grandmother probably did. She went to school at St. Stanislaus in Buffalo and in the day they received a completely bi-lingual education. I was imagining that my grandmother's mother probably taught her the rosary in Polish since it was my grandmother's first language even though born here but not sure. Then I saw a picture of my great grandmother's tombstone. The image engraved on it is a rosary with the opening words in Polish to the Hail Mary. With that it seems my hunch is even more likely. BTW, you can slow Father down even more by pressing the settings (the gear) in the upper left. When I can't completely make out a word I slow it down to .75, .5 or even .25. Father's accent is a little more like what I remember than the lady's voice on Google translate.

For those that want to follow along: Ojcze Nasz Ojcze Nasz, któryś jest w niebie, święć się imię twoje; przyjdż królestwo twoje, bądż wola twoja, jako w niebie tak i na ziemi. Chleba naszego powszedniego daj nam dzisiaj, i odpuść nam nasze winy, jako i my odpuszczamy naszym winowajcom. I nie wódż nas w pokuszenie, ale nas zbaw ode złego Amen.

I’m so pleased as well! I want to learn how to pray the rosary in Polish, and as you say, it is very difficult to find any recordings with slow and clear pronounciation.
