Although largest ang Okada pero nakita ko mas luxurious yong Nustar Hotel and Casino of Cebu kasi mga high-end yong mga shops at restaurants

Something is quite not right with the shops. I mean, since it is "Okada Manila" i am expecting to see high end botique shops.
