In the subs I've subbed it as "you've crossed the line" for exaggerated comedic purposes, but Subaru phrases it as a question as you can see. The phrase itself of ライン越え(rain goe) used throughout is pretty much identical to the English phrase of "crossing the line" and is used in a similar fashion. ライン(rain) is just katakana for line and then 越える(koeru) means "to go beyond". 0:33 Okayu refers to the note referenced by her 米印(komejirushi), which is the name for the ※ symbol next before where she's put the note. This is how it's generally used, to signify a note or reference etc. (its basically an alternative asterisk) . 米 means rice and 印 means "mark" or "seal", so its literally a "rice mark", its called this because it looks similar to the kanji for rice, 米 if you rotate it a bit. 0:36 In her note Okayu uses the words 有耶無耶(uyamuya), which means for something to be "hazy", "indefinite" or "unsettled". 有 means "have" or "be" or "exist" and 無 means nothing. The kanji 耶 is not all that commonly used and outside of names isn't seen that much. This character is in the Chinese word for Jesus and so its used in a lot of terms related to religion, but not so much in everyday words. So its use here is a bit curious. Usually when a kanji seems a bit "out of place" like this, in general there are 2 broad categories of reasoning for it. Either its some sort of phrase that originated in Chinese (or a slightly modified version of such a phrase) or it started of as a verbal word with its own origins and then someone came up with the kanji writing later and so sometimes the "meaning" and "writing" end up a bit disjointed. Of course there's lots of other stuff that can happen too like a term's meaning changing over time and thus becoming slightly separated from its original kanji, this is just in general. According to a machine translation, in Chinese 有耶無耶 can mean something like "yes no" or "yes or no", which isn't that far off from something like "indefinite" so that's definitely a possibility. However there's also a cool theory along the second lines of the origins of the term. Supposedly there's an old story about a man eating demon that lived in the mountains between 秋田県(akita ken) and 山形県(yamagata ken). In order to warn the people of said demon, the God who dwelled in the mountains would send a crow down to the villages to warn if the demon was on his way down or not. The crow would cry "uya" when the demon was on his way down and "muya" if it was safe to be out and about. She's more just saying that Okayu's "standards are weird" by saying "how did your lines end up like this", but I wanted to keep the extended metaphor to do with "lines" that was present throughout going so I altered it slightly to "ethical lines" since this is the most fitting phrase containing a reference to "lines" I could think of. Similarly, after this Okayu doesn't mention anything about "straightening her lines up" specifically, she just asks someone to 矯正してくれ(kyousei shite kure) which is a more general term for "correcting" or "straightening up".
