I'm Celtic but I have to admit, the mavs are one of the most fun teams to watch, doncic and kyrie are artists not basketball players. They always come up with a new and beautiful trick, and the point is that all the tricks are very efficient.

Big presence in the paint, a lot of energy, attacking the glass every time, winning battles on both ends. PJ a player that can score the ball, can hit 3s, can drive and finish. Offensively better than Grant for sure. Great win vs a really good team. The Mavs if they are healthy they are a big problem!

About the trades, even from the first game you can tell they bring a lot to the table. Gafford is a great center, he is a force at the rim. If he builds the chemistry with Luka he can be a threat in pick and roll situation and a great lob catcher. For me he can make a great duo with Lively at center for the years to come. Gafford is 25 on a 3 years deal, Lively is 19 and he has the potential to be one of the best in the league. Right now i think Gafford is better, but D-Live's potential is huge. PJ Washington is a guy thay can score and versatile on the offensive end. I hope he will prove to be descent on defence as well. The only think that the Mavs were not able to sign Dinwiddie. I think Spencer would be ideal. He knows how the team plays, he had his best years here, i think even he knows that Dallas was the best fit for him. Having him off the bench with Hardaway would be excellent. He can also play alongside Kai and Luka. Its a pity he went to LA. But his family is there so it makes sence

another positive thing is that Mavericks was able to win this game against the OKC with Luka and Kyrie only playing early 30 minutes. Can save a lot of energy for both of them.

What stands out to me is the fact that Chet Holmgren very seldom gets to touch the ball and he’s probably the best shooter on the floor next to Luca and Kyrie his teammates play keep away from him.

Mavs, clippers and suns are all scary good if fully healthy. And then there is thunder, nuggets, timberwolves and even lakers who is also capable of winning championships. Warriors have no chance because they didn’t fix klay Thompson problem, and pelicans and kings are just not good enough.
