- 100g All purpose flour
(中力粉)
- 10g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
- 1/4Tsp Salt
(塩)
- 1/2Tsp Seasoning powder
(がらスープ)
- 140ml Dashi
(おだし)
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes
(冷蔵庫で30分)
- 200g Shrimp
(えび)
- 200g Cabbage
(キャベツ)
- 20g Green onion
(ねぎ)
- 1Tsp Baking powder
(ベーキングパウダー)
- 2 Eggs
(卵)
- 50g Taro
(タロイモ)
- 1Tbsp Vegetable oil
(サラダ油)
- Low heat 5~7 minutes
(弱火 5~7分)
- Okonomiyaki sauce
(お好み焼きソース)
- Mayyonaise
(マヨネーズ)
- Dried green seaweed
(青海苔)
- Bonito Flakes
(花かつお)

All the recipes and dishes I have made are referenced and learned on the internet, youtube, google... I'm not the first to make them, not the first to create a certain dish. . I just change the ingredients to make the dish suit my taste. And I just hope my video has an easy way to communicate so that you can successfully make the dishes that you like. haha I love that muffled laugh at the end, so cute 🥰. the only thing I would add to the recipe is seasoning (black pepper, a little bit of ginger and garlic), but it looks really delicious! and very easy to make. thank you for sharing ❤️

God knows how many failed hand-made bread and chiffon cakes I've made😭 But your cheesecakes, cream puffs and cookies all turned out so beautifully and tasted so good in one-try!! Nino, may I request for a cinnamon roll recipe or hongkong egg tart recipe??
