I am from Jammu. Kashmiri pandits are our brothers and sisters, after migration when then settled in jammu region, we used to stay together share our cultures, ethnicity, food etc. we have grown up all together. The beautiful part is kashmiri weddings, where you can enjoy all this cuzine along with spice full of dance (bachna nagma)❤️

No dude. Onion and garlic is a must here, except in kashmiri pandit cuisine. In Kashmiri Muslim cuisine, fried onions are a thing. Pandit and Kashmiri Muslim cuisine are however both as authentic as it can get

As a kashmiri pandit I am way too obsessed with kabargah ❤️❤️❤️🥀🥀🥀 But also people who are vegetarian and want to try kashmiri cuisine Must try a combination of rice dumaloo , chauk wangun , yellow paneer and radish chutney It is legit the best combination and one bite of all of them together is enough to give you foodgasm ✌️❤️

I really really wanna thank Akshay for his "hukus bukus" song, I remember I used to hear this beautiful song via a child's voice in ICICI bank advertisement broadcasted on tv. You brought back tons of memories. I then searched it up on KZfaq and got it where two small kashmiri children were going to a candy shop. Akshay you're such a beautiful soul. There is nothing ice kehwa here plus kashmiri yakhni is also made in curd not milk There is another dish which is made in milk called aab e gosh And kabargah wtver that was has another name in kashmir which is tabaakmaaz (if it is kashmir name should be in kashmiri not hindi/urdu) No matter where you eat outside india real kashmiri dishes real taste you will only get in kashmir

Kabargah is what Kashmiri Pandits call the dish - therefore it is also a legitimate name for the dish (source: my KP parents 😃)
