The song at 3:47 is "Mass Appeal" by Gangstarr. 👊 Lots of people ask about that one. Also I mistakenly put he died of a "heart attack", but the last part in the autopsy said "Heart attack due to intoxication by the combined effects of cocaine and tramadol". Sorry for the error.

I was just thinking this. He didn't need a reason to show out, him being ODB an OG of the Wu Tang Clan would gain him thousands upon thousands of followers instantly once he got his check mark on twitter. He would be one of those old stars who got more famous in he present day than in his own time, he would be a meme and a pop culture favorite for his antics lmao

Let me tell you a slick secret about ODB. Anyone who knows Knowledge and Wisdom knows that it's circular in motion. You start off ignorant, then gain knowledge, then unlearn knowledge, then return to ignorance but at a higher state. ODB understood this. He also understood that no matter how wise or brilliant you are you will still have a defect in your character until the grave. ODB understood this so he embraced his defects, and masqueraded his wisdom purposely under the guise of a drunken fool. And to prove this he named himself the Drunken Master, who in Kung Fu, this Taoism wisdom is manifested. ODB was extremely wise.
@elijahlopez13525 жыл бұрын
That is some really deep.
@originalmanis75 жыл бұрын
Peace, indeed ODB was wise beyond his years. You can't UNLEARN knowledge. Knowledge means to look, listen, observe & respect.
@ClairvoyantPicturesEnt5 жыл бұрын
@@originalmanis7 Indeed when the word "know" is broken down it has all those connotations you mentioned. But my friend you can INDEED unlearn knowledge. Here's how: The Principal of Polarity also known as the Yin and Yang tells us within everything is the seed of it's opposite. When something is TOO cold it can thus burn you and become hot .i.e freeze burn. How is it both hot and cold? Law of Polarity makes it so.
@ClairvoyantPicturesEnt5 жыл бұрын
@@originalmanis7 The very maxim that proves that knowledge is a cycle of unlearning is the phrase "All MANIFESTED THINGS have two sides, two aspects, or two poles. Everything "is" and "isn't" at the same time, all truths are but half-truths and every truth is half false, there are two sides to everything, opposites are identical in nature yet different in degree." This is found also in the famous Socrates words of wisdom " I know that I know nothing at all." Both Solomon and Job of the Scriptures came to this same conclusion. ALL DEEMED AS WISE MEN. The Apex of this constant unlearning process is Omniscience. And one can only be omniscience if they BECOME what we call "God." And you can't have a physical body and BE ALL KNOWING, ALL POWERFUL, ALL PRESENT. Therefore a person who refuses the process of learn, unlearn, relearn will think they KNOW everything. And it's then that they become a FOOL. Law of Polarity my friend.

I love all of the positive comments on here regarding O.D.B....I have seen comment sections before that trashed this man.Anyone who considers themselves intellectual enough to bash this man obviously lacks certain aspects of their own "genius"....His chaotic mind is still very misunderstood and underestimated even in 2019!!!O.D.B. understood things on a level that 95 percent of the world can't touch.The guy was a savant when it came to the mind.Sure he was rough around the edges and sure he didn't speak in linguistics that most people could follow,but that is what made him special.Obviously I'm a fan and the props I gave him didn't even include the skills he had on the mic!!!!One of the G.O.A.T'S no question!!!!We love and miss you!!!Rest in Heaven to THE O'l Dirty Chinese Restaurant!!!!

@JjM910849 жыл бұрын
Man the end of this vid was sad... ODB was a very good person at heart. ODB kept it real, but as Wu started blowing up and after his solo album, he started getting heavy w/ the drugs and drinking and I think he felt like he had to be a caricature of himself (which is wild out crazy) whenever he was doing shows or in the media which was most of his time. In a Wu doc people would say they liked him more when he was fcked up because he was boring when he was sober, which is true (proven in this vid) because he was hilarious, but that's messed up. But no matter if he was wilding out drunk or sober, he was an honest dude that had a good heart. I mean it was kind of crazy what he did at the Grammy's but it's hard to be mad at him because he ended it by saying he loved everyone ~RIP ODB
