Yes ! it doesn't matter where or when it was built, should be 100 % restored back to original condition ( operational) when it came out of the factory. And should be well maintanined. There are companies have large number of locomotives know how to keep them in good condition , Especially if there's a mechanical problems like fire shooting out from the exhaust, there may be fuel leaking somewhere in the engine, Should be taken to the shop. locomotive shop should have preventive maintenance and when an engine needs an overhaul . same you would do with a truck tractor or power unit. Periodic maintenance.

there's glass every where and there's maybe no engine and its broke in where there's a hole on it's nose on the front of it it's in really bad shape GUSTAV TIME don't waste all of your money on that train your never going to find windows for it it's just a waste of time scrap it
