25 күн бұрынThis video documents portions of Old City Cemetery in Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida. Graves seen and discussed are those of Elizabeth Budd Graham (AKA Bessie “the witch”), Confederate soldiers, R. Frank Nims and relatives, Union soldiers, the Proctor family, Major General David Lang, and others.
One thing I forgot to discuss was the grave visible in the top right of the screen while I’m talking about Daniel Lines (around 09:10). This headstone is made of zinc, which was a trend at the time, and is the only example of such in the cemetery.
