I was pretty surprised to hear the last guy give an actual, critical analysis of the song as compared to the other two, considering he looked like he was catatonic in the beginning... hahaha.

i don't think its 'but' i think xanax may well be helping. i didn't think this was the harry parch tribute though, that's a different song. and this isn't even on an album, so i would say its more of a jam or background soundtrack and i'd agree with that!

I'm a huge Radiohead fan and I have to say that the last guy was the only person worth listening to. Not because he was the only person to like it (even if it was a bit), but because he actually had some quality in what he was saying. He wasn't just a typical, close minded old person writing off the music as "bad" or "used to deter crime" with no good reasons given, he actually gave a good explanation for what he believed. For that I commend him. We need more old people like him.

Teddy Westside Hear hear!
@ristube33196 жыл бұрын
Teddy Westside I just wrote similarly. I’ve been a fan for 25 years, and just got to see them live last July at Madison square garden. I wish I were English to get more of an opportunity, so worth it! It’s great to hear live music and not the pre tape crap. The last of the real musicians (not for the money at all).
@ristube33196 жыл бұрын
Underground906 Thom is very dark, no doubt, but I’ve always felt paranoia as his most evident appearance (vocally and lyrically). Usually the brilliant ones are the most dark or estranged. It’s awful that the most musically gifted are almost always pre conditioned or are terminally diseased, in which the tumor (metaphorically) is the cause of their greatness. I’m glad Thom seems to be ok and won’t hear of his OD, suicide, or death. So many go before I could see them, like Amy Winehouse. I wish she didn’t have to go so suddenly, she was just getting started. However, in my opinion this is why we will have Kanye and Taylor Swift for at least another 100 years or so. They’re just carriers of the disease. I don’t believe in heaven, but if I’m wrong it makes sense that God would want Jimi Hendrix, Kurt Cobain, Scott Weiland, and the 2 more gifted Beatles, and leaves the garbage behind. Thanks God! You rock! The Macarena, Who let the dogs out, and Billy Ray Cyrus are just wonderful. Selfish much? 😒😒😒😒😒😒 Anyone want to go to a RUSH concert? Guaranteed god resilience for another 50 years, anyone? anyone? 🦗🦗🦗 (crickets)

I was hoping he'd say something good because he was the only one that appeared to be listening to the music instead of bitching about it. And though he looked near catatonic at the beginning, he throws down a cogent statement referencing Elvis Costello. Very good.

What amuses me about people like that lady in the centre is that they voice their close-mindedness and short attention spans as if it somehow makes them superior, when in reality, all they’re doing is shutting doors to experiences that have the potential to be truly life-altering. They can’t see the beauty in the things they push away and I actually pity them. The guy on the right gets it.
