This is my go-to recipe. Peanut Butter cookies are known and loved from many of us. They are always a delicious treat with dense flavor, remarkably soft texture, thick center, and a deliciously crumbly edge. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
Makes 24 cookies
1/2 cup of unsalted butter
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
Extra sugar for rolling the cookie balls before shaping (optional)
