Hey everyone! So, TheBuriedTruck posted a couple new stories yesterday, and I really liked this one, there's nothing better than a good Rheneas story. I had some free time last night, so I filmed this. This isn’t a part of Sudrian Stories From Hell or anything, it’s just something I made for fun. The next installment of that series drops this Saturday, so stay tuned. And as always, thanks for dropping by and I hope you enjoy the FUCKING video! -Rhen

I’ll admit, it is confusing why the ghost looked like Skarloey. Something tells me it wasn't a ghost, but a poltergeist, most likely formed from Skarloey's desire to be working instead of stuck in the shed

i guess that kinda makes sense, he desperately wants to work and help his friends but he cant though from the mine foremans reaction i think it was an engine from before they even arrived

That's not Skarloey at all. It's simply another member of his class that was named Fletcher. He was good friends with Peter Sam, who at this point was still called Stuart, but one night when returned home, he never made it back.

My logical headcannon is this: As we know there was a 0-4-0 who once worked on the Mid-Sodor called Jennings ( so called after Fletcher, Jennings & Co. ) whom was built with the same basis as Rheneas, so it stands to reason another 0-4-2 ( named Fletcher, also so called after the company ) was built like Skarloey. So while Jennings went off to join the Mid-Sodor, Fletcher was commissioned and brought onto the Skarleoy Railway to help with the work loads during it's struggling times. ( specifically after Skarloey was wore out and retired to the shed ) For several years Fletcher & Rheneas ran the line together. He was a boastful but kind soul and made friends with everyone.... which makes it all the more sad after what happened on the bridge. Once Fletcher was gone Rheneas was left alone again to run the line, which is where the events of this video fit it when he explains his flashback. )

A nice follow-up to Duncan Gets Spooked. And a neat detail of Rheneas' face flicking to his closed eye one to mimic him blinking. Though the behind the scenes footage showed this ghost engine was black.

One thing I love about the Thomas and Friends Fandom is the ability of content/story creators to keep much of the original stories in their content while creating and telling their own stories! You do that perfectly! I especially love the continuity you uphold by going deeper into the stories you tell! I'm always excited to find out what will happen next! Keep up the brilliant creativeness Rheneas!!!

I have a theory: The engine belonged to mine when it first opened. Back then the old railway was still in operation and the engine would bring the slate to a transfer yard where the slate was transferred to the old plateway. The track that the engine worked on was originally the mine's own railway, however the line had been built cheaply and eventually the rails gave way which caused the engine to derail and fall of the bridge. After the Skarlooey railway opened it took control of operating and maintaining the former mining railway.

I have seen some comments on Shunter Productions old Duncan Gets Spooked video that wished that Rheneas had showed up at the end to tell Duncan that the ghost story was true. This video is how that should have happened.

For a moment, I thought it was that other story. Looks like instead it's a little sequel or aftermath of Duncan gets Spooked. At least this other version here. Well done here. Keep up the great work!

I like the portrayal here. It gives the impression that Duncan _did_ see a Ghost... Considering that the Deleted Scene gave the heavy implication that there _was_ a real Ghost of the Viaduct... The Whistle _had_ to come from _somewhere_ afterall. But here? I like how it gives us the impression that the Ghost is more of a Guardian, only manifesting in the event of both a full moon, and if another engine is at risk of sharing the same Fate as his own.

Perhaps *that* Ghost Engine may have been an old friend of Peter Sam and Sir Handel from their days in the Mid Sodor Railway, and if they were told of the ghost’s class and livery, They’d go pale!

I gotta hand it to you two, this was actually a really good adaptation. I myself have been getting into ghost train stories. Weather they may be real stories that happened in real life or wrote in the Thomas And Friends style.

I thought the engine who fell from the bridge could've been the Mid Sodor Railway's Bertram or Albert but nevertheless, the Skarloey Railway would have to feed said line too.

Trainz is a fantastic program, but the "crash" just really highlights how at the end of the day that it's just a modded game and not an acural animation software. If just a few things could be tweaked, we'd have perfection.

Yeah facts. Every time I have to film a crash in Trainz I audibly sigh, I hate how limited you are. Older versions of the game had crash physics, no clue why those were removed.

@@RhenProd what the fandom needs is something like a Trainz and Blender/SFM hybrid, where it's really easy to pick up but the skill ceiling for it is really high. As I think we have just reached the limit of Trains and fancy editing can only do so much. Some of these authors really do just need their own animator software to really take their videos to the next level.

Why don't you do the same thing but with the ghost train episode when somebody said they've seen the ghost train apart from Thomas and Percy a different Thomas character but the same storyline is this one but the day after Percy scared Thomas
