I would buy it, it's has its faults yes but is has character something that's missing from most modern cars these days.

the problem is the guy reviewing it doesnt like Morgan's, im not even an enthusiast but i know that someone looking to buy a Morgan loves Morgan's and their character

Hand made and not factory mass produced, as well as really holding their value makes the Morgan a better and rarer buy.

driving it in the wrong environment imo...you don't take a Morgan to the track, it's all about taking one down a country road during sunny summer/autumn afternoons. And yeah comparing it to an XK is stupid. Chris Harris does a better review of this car imo

I think that every judgment depends on what you are searching for. If you are looking for performances, this car shouldn't be among the possible choices, because it's frankly destinated to a type of customers oher that the lovers of performance. That's why, in my opinon, the comparison between the Jaguar and the Morgan does not make sense. It's like compare Bourbon and Champagne. Nonetheless, if you consider that for the the same amount of money you cane get either a Jaguar or a Morgan, the Morgan's qualities are, in respect to Jaguar's, frankly emabrassing.

You either get Morgans or you don't.

Having bits snap off is unforgivable at any price. However, the reviewer sounded like he had made his mind up to make a comparison between the Morgan and Jaguar. Both vehicles offer completely different driving experiences and although the Jaguar would give more customer satisfaction in the reliability and daily usage scenarios, the Morgan is surely only ever seriously considered by those fortunate to be able to purchase a piece of old school heritage, albeit with modern technologies thrown in. This is perhaps why Morgan now sell the 2litre and 3.7litre models and have even more classic appeal than this offering. They offer a totally unique and rewarding driving experience so long as the driver is prepared to work harder and engage in milking the goodies any Morgan has in spades.

Good lord I hope this reviewer was sacked after this. What a horrible review. He completes misses the mark when it comes to a Morgan. He simply doesn’t understand.

I can’t help but notice that all his initial problems with the car could be easily fixed if he would just put the roof up.

time is irrelevant, new style, old style, new technology or old, people should think more, is this good, does it serve a purpose, whether the reasons are biased or practical, anything that is new, doesn't mean its good, anything that is old doesn't mean its obsolete, if you need proof look up citroen and technologies of the future that said, they probably need to tweak this car a bit, and get rid of any parts that are not practical or serve any means of nostalgia to anyone

I'm looking at a 25 year old Morgan and the asking is £25000. A £70000 MB SL 12 years old worth £11000!
