This is my Sportster Chopper that I built from scratch 2 times since 2008.. The Original build was in 2008. Sold the bike in 2010, and then bought it back in 2018. I then and then did a complete frame off Restoration and Fresh build from the Frame up. 101 horsepower Buell Thunderstorm top-end. NOS Buell Thunderstorm Heads, 1275 Hammer performance Pistons 10: 5 to 1 compression..Andrews N4 Cams, Dyna 2000i Ignition..Ledsled Kicker Kit..Ultima 1 3/4" Drag Pipes.
**UPDATE *** as of Feb. 2021 the bike now has a New Wiseco 1200cc Piston Kit . The Compression is a very streetable 9:5 to 1, Freshened 883 Heads and Stock Cams..Tuned to perfection. Lots of POWER for a 480lb. Motorcycle and Tons of TORQUE. The bike is CURRENTLY for SALE on Facebook Marketplace in 08055. $13,000 FIRM. That is what I have invested in Parts and paint alone!!! I used the best parts available and 90% of everything on the bike is Made in the USA.

Absolutely perfect. Some choppers end up having a weird flow with the overall lines but you nailed it perfectly. Perfect rake, perfect fork length. Kick ass sound. Keep the rubber side down! ✌

It's a Paugco 120 Frame. 40 deg 2 1/4" up and 0 out. You got to check the frame with a pvc pipe in the neck hole when it comes in..Some of them have twisted necks from the Factory, I had one and sent it back 2 years later for a refund.

I want to see you start it with the Kickstarter. That is nice, except I'm not liking the extremely tall sissy bar and bars. I would go for some old school pullback bars with all the bends, as well as a shorter and stronger sissy bar. I'd like to find out, in more detail, what you did, so I can get mine like this. I've been wanting a Hammer kit.

In looking to build a long fork sporty too, and was wondering if you have adjusted the angle (rake?) with the triple trees? Many builds I’ve seen just put a longer fork with the same angle on and it lifts the frame in the front which looks off and I cannot help to worry if it will oil starve the engine too? This one is perfect!
