@@dot_dayghost lol he wasn't broken at all, as a diamond main talon i can assure you he was full of flaws especially early game. He had many ways to be countered, and if you fell behind a game it was pretty hard to come back, in contrast if u were ahead he could snowball like a beast but that was fair since it was a high risk high reward champ. New talon is really weak compared to the old one and if the old one was never used in competititve games what can we expect of this new one.

I remember when I first started league I got annihilated by a Talon and became a Talon main ever since. This was before the rework and am now on my way to 1 million mastery points. Live and die by the blade :)

As a current player of the new Talon, I kinda wish I got the chance to try the old one. I don’t want a revert, I love his new kit, but perhaps an RGM with the old champ kits would be cool.

from the old one only his w was actually good his ult didnt deal dmg unless you were in everyones face already (which an assassin is not supossed to be) and his was a good tp close gap but he didnt have any escape tools is was his w that deal huge amout of dmg with no counter play against it

@@carizmo2805 the main difference, making old talon better, is the old E compare to the new Q. It was a blink not a jump and it had higher range. It had no damage but had silence that was very useful vs mages. He had counterpicks like pantheon, mordekaiser

Old talon : quicker burst but no "real" escape. New Talon : slower burst but more versatile and a op escape ability

I mained old Talon and I play the new one quite a bit( although I have switched to top in general). Old Talon didn't have the roam or sick escapes but that's just the thing-he didn't need them because by the time you were done the enemy would be dead. The new Talon is more team oriented-how many double kills I got on bot and allowed bot lane to push tower even. The roam is adequate in the new meta of more team play. One thing I don't get is why they slowed rake-it was really fast and now it takes a second to return.

Rakan et Xayah incurvé u missed out bro. I was a old talon main. And went on a 16 win streak with him. Once you mastered him his carry potential is pretty high. There was no really bad matchup for him. He just struggled against tanks. But damn do i miss him.

Riot should bring back the old Talon. They did the same with rengar. Rengar was reworked aswell but Riot saw that Players can't be fooled and that the old rengar is definitely the best.

I always played assasins sinc season 3 and they just arent the same since the big assasin rework. They are supposed to burst someone down before they can even reakt, by using a very fast combo. For example: at 3:26 the new talon wouldve e over the wall and slowly dash to ez with his q or even use flash before, cause ez wouldve already e or flashed away from talon, when he sees him jumping over the wall. Compared to the old one, that just bursts him down while he was ulting.

The new Talon is just inferior in nearly every aspect. 1.) He lacks damage of the old talon(What does it matter if you could redirect blades for a better single target burat when you can just 1 shot them anyway?) 2.) His gap closer was nowhere near as unpredictable and fast nor does it cover distance as mush as the old E 3.) The AoE Pentakill potential of Talon is so weak now, sure he can get first blood and still have multikill pressure with the extra damage from bleed, but that falls off quickly 4.) Your E is now the only good part in your kit.

His e sucks because you're effectively wasting 5 points into a non damage ability. Nobody cares about "Pentakill potential" His old Leap//Blink was as unpredictable as a leap usually is, if a MELEE champ walks up to you he's probably gonna jump on you. Looking at all your stupid arguments makes me think ur not any higher ranked than silver.

@@rafael747 I know, Im just poiting out how inferior they are now, and when I said unpredicatble, I meant how in a teamfight, you wont be to react as quickly since you arent sure you are target(unless if he hates you and kills you only) And by pentakill potential, I meant the overall damage he could drop in 1 go to kill at least 2 or more people
