I always wanted to see Joseph Morgan as Daemon Targaryen. But because Matt Smith is perfect in that role I have no complaints. Still, it would be nice to see Morgan as a Targaryen at some point.

The issue with that is that there's no book material. And unless GRRM writes it, it will not likely be good. And with his writing speed and attitude I doubt we're getting anything about it.

Several. I primarily used scenes from Vampire Diaries for the two people. I also googled dragon scenes on KZfaq and used all I found (Eragon, Sucker Punch, etc). There's also scenes from Spartacus.
