DANDELION TEA, one of the most health promoting herbs you can use. it is free, grows most places and easy to care for. It can be dried for use during the winter. Or even frozen and stored in the freezer. The tea is easy to make and tastes good. All parts of the plant can be used, roots, leaves and flowers. In addition to making a tea, the roots can be dried and ground and used like coffee. The leaves can be eaten as a fresh greens.
Dandelion should be part of all preppers stores for worst case situations..

My Sicilian immigrant grandma lived to 99. One of the main foods she fed her 6 children on was dandelion which she could gather in fields near her home. My mom was the youngest of the six. She is 93 and still saves the dandelion water to make coffee. I was raised on eating dandelion, boiled and fried with garlic and olive oil on a piece of open face toasted semolina bread. A little salt and that is my favorite vegetable! No one else I know eats it because they think it’s bitter. Too bad they weren’t introduced to it at 3 years old like me. I crave it and love it and enjoy it so much! Thank you Sir for being another person who understands the health values of this extraordinary “weed” dandelion!

So nice to hear someone just say the truth about weight. My co worker corrected me once when I was using fluffy for her to be nice. She said, Ms. ___, I'm fat, and it's because I eat too much and move too little. An honest response. She later began to walk and eat better and lost down to a more healthy size. You have to look a problem in the face before you can address it. My respect. Miss this cool guy. Rest on peace.

Dandelion helps my eyes tremendously. My Story: In June of 2022, I started to see Rainbow Halos at night. At first, I thought it was cool that I can see "Rainbows" at night. Come to find out, my eyes/body was in trouble because they started to get really blurry and I thought I was going blind. After researching, I started to drink Dandelion Root Tea. After 3+ days, my eyes started to clear up and about 3 months later, the "Halos" was gone and I was able to see clearer. Although I am not sure why yet it made my eyes clearer and now NO MORE Halos. When I did some research on it... It said... "it is chock full of Vitamins A, B, C, and D, as well as minerals, such as iron, potassium, and zinc." Later on, I discovered that it's A and E and Iron that helps my eyes to get better and clearer. Thank you for the video, because I will start to hunt for the roots now since we are in winter. *NOTE:* If you have too much Potassium in your diet, it will make your eyes blur. Dandelion helps you pee (diuretic), which removes Potassium + Toxin from your kidneys/liver.

Thank you for sharing your experience in the garden. I potted some dandelions and put them in my green house to grow them bigger next year :)

I love to watch your videos not only do I learn a lot you remind me of my dad. He was a very wise man too and when you winked at the end of the video I burst into tears as my dad would often give me a wink. God bless you sir. G'day from Australia 🦘🐾🐨

If I don't brush my teeth and they rot, there is no amount of brushing that can bring the teeth back. Some diseases can not be reversed but I agree with you in theory. My doctor said exercise, lose weight, eat whole food, avoid drugs, read labels. By reading labels I mean be informed what is healthy and good for me. I have to protect myself. We are all unique and different. I have to be my own doctor first. Very dangerous. I practice medicine without a license and I only have one patient, me. Thanks for your good deeds.
