Hello everyone, Ben here from Elasmocast, here to start off the new year by recapping what is, in my opinion, the most groundbreaking paleontological publication to be released in 2022: the description of Qianodus duplicis. Qianodus possessed the earliest-known teeth of any vertebrate, pushing back the earliest know vertebrate teeth to the Early Silurian, and the evolution of jaws and teeth even further than that!
