A few tips: Try the celestial kitty treasure, it is very effective in the combination with the damage reduction. Not worth carrying Cookie or Medivh, just go with 5 Celestials to ensure the treasures already after first fight. With decent upgrades you don’t need the health buffs. Blazing Horns is bugged - Niuzaos Treasure. it doesnt level up, so dont pick it until the bug is fixed.

Hello OldGuardian, I have two things maybe of interest for the Celestial-team: 1) you don't sound very excited about using Long'Xin, I also wasn't until I learned more about his skills, especially now with Celestial-synergy and so... but one funny fact: I really like Celestial Breath against Protectors as the skill then does crit-damage and the excess-damage can CRIT AGAIN if the next target is also a Protector ! ;) confirmed it several time, as I could not believe it... maybe wanna keep it in mind for some high-damage-snowballing in mythic-rush as soon as this skill got some levelups above 5 ;) 2) I tried to get out a bit more of damage when using Niuzao especially his helm-equipment, as the team is very tough in heroic bounties, but fights can take some time there... so I wanted to know, "which damage is this rebounce-mini-damage and can we stack it ?" - unfortunately, it is neither nature (used Yu'lon's taunt, that now also increases based on your Celestials, not only dragons !) and it also does not scale with arcane/frost/fire of Khadgar's buff. However: it seems that if you have Medivh and his +spell-damage-treasure and at least one caster in the active team, the reflect-damage gets increased by this spelldamage - at least in the tooltip, but it seems to be bugged/not working at the moment, as an Attacker still only received the base 5 damage instead of written 8 (+3 Spelldamage) :(

i've heard of people doing similar things with murlocs s you can get boards of 6 murlocs easy enough so i wonder if that would be better if so who are the optimal murlocs.

I've been having a lot of success with [Khadhar / Nemsy / Scabs Medivh / Chromie / Cookie] The bench pretty much there just for stat boosts. Nemsy's damage reduction through Boggy doesn't go up but he still sucks up a whole attack action and gets resummoned but really she's there to carry the Can't Touch This treasure which has gotten pretty ridiculous and if I find that i just use her to taunt my whole team

And I'm considering dropping Cookie because i think the health gain may not be worth the treasure dilution

@@Turantula thought the same using the fire-comp - once most of the main-mercs are significantly buffed, the additional health of Cookie is almost not much feel-able, but as OldGuardian pointed out, this is the main reason for Cookie being in the team at all. So as a consequence, Cookie's treasures are almost all at lvl 1 and are rather useless anyhow, as they are no "start of game"-help...

Nemsy's Can't Touch This treasure is completely broken. whenever you have enough renown you should look into it. test the treasure on normal runs to see what I mean.

Boggy does not grow at all nor does Nemsy's best equipment. Malfurion's healing doesn't scale enough. The team simply can't get through any first boss (at lvl 100) to even attempt to get the treasure.

How well could a cheese comp like Mr Smite, Cornelius Roame and Rokara work, if you upgrade them enough?

Actually there is a theoretical comp that can win fights (except the first node) without even starting a fight. Currently "start of game" effects have an OP aspect and a specific treasure can exploit it.

Unfortunately it doesnt seem any comp is going to get better than the usual fire comp:( I really would like a cool fel or frost comp but they dont scale half as good and are much slower with less survivability…

@@TheGodssake At least they made Thaurissan counter the fire comp for the most part, to encourage the use of other comps in the mode.

@@withxoutxlife not really.. just spam hearthfire with khadgar until you get enough HP to tank thaurissan while spamming fire skills to regen everything.
