It amazing being aloud work at that height and no edge protection and no harness. This is som reckless firm

@Thomas Munn I know they are harnessed but if the bridge deck fails someone is getting a slab of deck in the face as it drops and rotates.

Trow in the reckless way the bridge is coming down. No regards to the unprotected tracks below . Wow !

No protection on the track rails should be covered with some sort of rubber

Normally wood railway sleepers and plywood sheets , surprised they were allowed to commence work without that in place - very rushed job maybe
