At this point I'm wondering who isn't a better tactical manager than Ole. We were all buzzing after the Leeds game, one game later draw to Southampton bubble burst. Then we bring in Ronaldo and we're buzzing after Newcastle. One game later lose to Young Boys. These aren't one offs these are patterns. He's lost 7/11 Champions League games. He doesn't and hasn't learned from a single mistake from last season. Ole out.

I agree..I want ole out because only when he leaves the coaches will leave. If ole change his coaches I don't mind giving him another chance but the way we're playing is abysmal.

I wanted Ole gone after the Europa League final with the pathetic decisions he made in the that game. But I gave him another chance after we got Ronaldo, Sancho and Varane. He’s pushing me towards wanting him out again. Parking the bus, subbing RONALDO for Lingard, never taking off Fred, and sacrificing Donny for no reason when Fred has been dogshit. All of that in one game is unacceptable

Basically by the end of this season, whoever wins the league will be at least 7 points ahead of Man Utd - if that's the case, Solskjaer should be dismissed.

Ole reminds me of Frank Lampard. I wanted Frank out due to how he approached games and tactics, looking like we didn't have any. Winning games badly and losing worse. Look what Tuchel did with that team in half a season.

The point that he’s trying to make is that regardless of whether your ole in or ole out, yelling about it and making it trending on twitter or whatever isn’t useful whatsoever, fans need to be actually constructive with their complaints, instead of simply yelling “OLE OUT” or “OLE IN”, because that just comes across as angry noise

The Ole issue cannot be resolved. We cannot rely on individual player brilliance to win us matches all the time. Ole's Tactics and substitution decision has always been bad. Just how Fred doesn't have the standards to be a united first team player, same goes with manager Ole. Let Ole manage a mid table team and learn tactics first.

As a doctor we don’t give a 1st year surgery resident doctor to perform a complex surgery. That’s what our coaches are being made to do and it’s all up to ole because he chose to keep them. If ole cannot take charge as the manager and do what’s best to win us trophies he needs to go.

Look at ole on the touchline analysing the game . Then look at tuchel standing on the touchline analysing the game. The difference is clear to see. One looks like he's thoughtful and knows tactics . The other just looks clueless , and so does his backroom staff

Yeah ...our play is really *** to watch! Even Newcastle Utd we won 4-1....but it was never a 4-1 performance. We had HUGE problems. There is no pattern or go to system/style. PEP or KLOPP win the league with this team..

The team is good enough, it’s the coaching (Ole McKenna Carrick ) that will ultimatly hold this team back. We are wasting a good team and another season. This game could be the game that throws us out of the CL ofc it matters!

I don't get the excuse of Ole inners. We can't criticise Ole without being toxic? Were you toxic when you were Jose out? or Van Gaal out? or Moyes out? Just because the board won't sack ole, doesn't mean we can't be ole out. what an odd excuse to be ole in. Don't you get it - We are wasting this world class squad with a sub par manager. The most clueless manager ever! Compromising our midfield to bolster our defense was just stupid! He should’ve stuck to a 4-4-1 formation. We were 1-0 up and could’ve easily controlled that game against a lesser opponent.

At 1-0 up, we shouldn’t have come out of that game with anything less than a point. Donny should’ve stayed on, Matic on for Fred, Ronaldo off for Greenwood at some point, and job done! What were all those circus substitutions for? Martial for Fred? What, were we trying to win the game with Martial in the dying minutes after subbing off Ronaldo and Bruno in the most critical part of the game??? Cmon!!

It was fine margins when Utd beat Wolves 1-0, when they should have lost 3-0 being completely dominating like they were against Brighton last season. I am not gonna say Solskjær is completely incompetent, but his mistakes remain the same, but he has gotten away with it so many times that it has become a strength. He is the guy that can pee in his pants without getting wet, and needless to say, everyone around him will think he and the squad is better than they are. Fine margins, and less referees carrying Utd, and they would have been midtable for years under Solskjær and that is the reality of it. Solskjær is the kind of manager with whose team get completely dominated by Lampard's Chelsea and wins 4-0, making him look good.

Last night was awful. Lindelof and Fred should not have played. Donny shouldn’t have been subbed. We shouldn’t have gone to a back 5. Ronaldo & Fernandez shouldn’t have been taken off (not both). And Martial shouldn’t have come on. Shocking performance and management. And I’ve always backed Ole up to now.

I just feel so disappointed with Ole I don't think he is cut out for management. He makes clear and obvious mistakes, his judgement of players is highly suspect. But worst of all his team is horrendous to watch. I want to be thrilled and I expect entertainment. Ole's teams are a chore to watch no matter who he has in his squad. Times up for Ole in my view

We don’t look coached. It’s as if they are just told to go out there and play. We rely on individual brilliance and nothing else. We either need an elite manager or Ole needs a new coaching team. Simple as that!

Everything you say Mark is spot on I totally agree. The reality is we do not have a good enough coach or coaching staff and it has been clear for a long time. I do not know why people are surprised Ole is not up to this - there is no evidence that he ever would be. However the Glazers WILL NOT replace Ole because they do not want to deal a top coach who will want change. If Ole is in a low league position by Christmas and we do not make it out of this CL group, The Glazers may replace Ole but the favourites for the role will be Carrick or Fletcher - that is where we are. It is horrible.

United supporters should stop looking at teams like Young Boys as a small team. When you qualify for the champions league you are not a small team anymore. You are not playing championship teams like Swansea or Fulham. This is the big leagues now. Even a team like Malmo is not a small team anymore cause they qualified for the champions league 👍

Outside Pogba and Shaw being happy again, McTominay is the only player that has progressed as a player by playing and coaching, but he is still a championship player. Most have regressed as footballers.

The issue is, Ole straight away thought 'defend' we have 10 men, so he automatically thinks Fred, he can run he can 'defend' when defending isn't just that, defending is keeping the ball away from the opposition and playing clever passed through the lines, something Fred cant do. Donny Matic & Martial would be perfect for 10 men.

The reason why most people say Ole out is the fact he has been given all the players that he probably pointed at. Nothing has changed even after that. Mark what you are talking about is that we now need to spoon feed him or literally teach him what he is supposed to do.

Carrick, Mckenna what experience they have to be a coach in man utd? Are they good enough to win us titles? Ole need a proper assistant manager/coach. Our CBs tried to be a carrick type player , always hitting long ball and bypass midfields who are suppose to control the game. This kind of tactic or instruction need to stop! The cbs always occupied the midfields space. High school tactics. Man City’s Pep will never backdown and park the bus. He will try to keep the ball and make it compact not like Ole park the bus with five defender and still losing .disgrace. Man utd technical board are all mates. Fletcher , Murtough and the coaching staff are carrick , phelan and mckenna all mates. They’re destroying Man Utd.
