Moral of tonight’s loss : You could hand the keys of a Ferrari to a bad driver, and he’d still finish last in a race behind a Ford Focus and a Renault Clio. Forget the arrivals of Varane, Ronaldo, Sancho and all, MUFC is still driven by a bad driver. Solskjaer at the wheels will cost MUFC this season .

I wouldn’t give Ole Solskjaer a job at Millwall. Individual brilliance of Bruno Fernandes, Ronaldo, Mason Greenwood won’t save him this season . He will be found out .

I love Mark, i find him highly entertaining and he has made me laugh when i was not feeling great. I say all that because there is one thing i dont understand... listen to the first 13 minutes of this video... he nails everything spot on... its down to coaching... and yet he doesn't think the manager should go....he recognizes the things keeping this side from challenging at the highest level is the manager and yet....

Ole is tactically inept in every sense. His only distinguishing qualities are man management and being positive in front of the media. It is beyond me how he is still in charge.

you say we are bad year after year with ole? We got to a final last season and came 2nd last season, yes our losses have mainly been on the coaching but to say year after year is a little too harsh in my opinion.

@@marshall9908 we were 2nd and only won two games against a big 6 team. We got lucky in multiple games(Fulham, villa away, Sheffield away and etc). Not too mention those lucky wins were goals of individual brilliance. also for the final we weren’t even supposed to be in that competition. In the ucl he made so much mistakes. Also, for the final that was the most clueless managerial performance ever. Don’t be content with such mediocrity, we are man united

@@marshall9908 Yeah took us to a final in a competition we got relegated to because of poor performances. And you really want us to praise that, wow, okay. We came second in a season were the other best clubs struggled with injuries (Liverpool) and poor management (Chelsea) and Chelsea won the Champions League. There’s nothing Ole has done worth praising other than some sensible signings! Otherwise he’s done a good job at keeping us top 4 since that’s most people’s ambition. SMH. We should be winning with a better manager with that squad!!

You noticed from the season began we haven't played any good football?? The tempo is been so slow.. There's no more excuses for Ole, he's got a formidable squad now, that if Pep or Klopp had, we'd be playing some fantastic football, and we'd have beaten Young Boys comfortably.. Chelsea, City and Liverpool are way ahead of us, and it's not due to because they've got better squads, but because they've got better managers.. I'm more than convinced now that we can't win any majors with Ole, he's just not learning from his mistakes, so I can't defend him anymore..

Exactly my guy. Heck, even the Newscastle game was not that great albeit the scoreline. We kept losing possession and opponents attack were walking all over us far too often. Noticed how the likes of Adama traore, Saint Maximine etc were toying with our defence. We are still way behind City, Chelsea and even Liverpool. We need an Ole replacement ASAP. Look at what Tuchel did with Chelsea. We need that

@Wdz One Donny should have come off for Dalot. Fred could have managed the defensive midfield role fine and it would have kept us with some ability to keep the ball in their half and create chances. As it happened we couldn't get the ball for the rest of the match.

We shouldn't have rotated until the win in secured. There was no reason to take off our two best attacking players when we had just CONCEDED. There's a time & place to rotate. E.g west ham efl cup. NOT our first CL group game. Now there's pressure to win at least one game vs Villareal. And I personally see Villareal beating Young boys home & away. We're already in a bad position.

Awful tactics. Taking Sancho off for Dalot made sense but leaving Fred on was insane. The team just needed to keep possession and Ole took off the best technical players in favour of parking the bus and trying to just clear the ball for 45 minutes. It backfired big time. Ole has no confidence and no backbone. Could easily have won that game if he kept the best players on the pitch and just played to keep possession and grind it out.

Ole's greatest moment in the Champions League was parking the bus vs PSG. He is still implementing the same tactics with far better players. His Record is now 7 Losses and 4 wins in the CPL Nth will change with this manager. We just need to pray we win a trophy 🏆 🙏 I think we will. Maybe just not the one we want.

Hard to understand Mark's comments on the teams performance and the subs made by the manager. Mark keeps harping on about the crap coaching and the coaching staff. These are the manager's choices and are not there because ole doesn't want them there. If they are oles people and they are useless, thats down to the manager. No one else. Every manager has his own backroom staff and these are Oles. Nothing will change until we get a new manager. Period.

The red card aside, wan bisaka wouldn't play in any top team in Europe because all top teams spend most of the game attacking their opponents and Bisaka seems lost Everytime he finds himself in an attacking position. 100% that was on the coaches. The weirdest/dumbest decisions I’ve seen. Don’t we plan for having a player sent off, apparently not. When we went to 5 at the back with Fred in front of them I thought we were going to pull Pogba into CM and use Shaw and Dalot as wingbacks to provide the width. It never happened.

Ole's approach to games is midtable level, that's why I'm Ole out. He got 2nd with his world class squad, but yet failed to win against a midtable Spanish team. Still I'm desperate for him to prove me wrong, but this game is another proof that he approaches games with a survival mindset, which is normal for midtable managers. He had nothing to lose as an interim manager, that's why he played fearless football and now he prefers to retreat against young boys with 10 men.
