@john bloggs Me too. I like Usyk, but think he needs to navigate through some tougher tests before going up against the big boys. Parker makes sense - tough fight against a former champ with a good defence. Parker could also do with taking down a big name for his own comeback.
@mattkinsella98563 жыл бұрын
@john bloggs I agree he might struggle against 2 or 3 of the very top big heavyweights but does that matter? He will add some class and fantastic fights to the heavyweight division. It wouldn't be any fun if he looked like he'd walk through every fighter. It'll be interesting to see how he gets on.
@viralkingz7773 жыл бұрын
@john bloggs I'm a huge Usyk fan, went to Chicago to see him fight Witherspoon, but I agree. After seeing the performance, I think he will have a difficult time against the likes of Fury or Joshua, particularly Fury. It did look like he hurt Chisora a couple times and could've finished but didn't, assuming that's true it makes you wonder if he chose not to finish in order to make the other heavyweights question his power.

Everyone has a difficult fight with Derek. Hes not a pushover. Haye stopped him in 5 which was impressive but didn't have it all his way in preceeding rounds. He'll of a scrap. Vitali went 12, look at Parker, Dillian etc...all tough fights. Apart from Haye only Fury bossed him big time. So Usyk won on points, much lighter than Derek and even nearly had him down in the 7th as Chisora has said as well that his legs stiffened. Derek is a gate keeper

Fury maybe beyond him at the moment as he has the full boxing skill package, but like many other heavy weights around AJ runs out of gas & can be dropped. Maybe ask all the English speakers to stop making their questions so long and then interpreters wouldn't have to summarise them. Most of the time they're not even questions, they're statements 🙄 Keep the question concise and to the point and you'll get a precise, concise translation. Or, pause and allow the interpreter to convey your words, then continue.

There’s something about watching an interview with this man that makes my whole day better. I know many Ukrainians, and they are such wonderful people, and very much misunderstood. They are NOTHING like Russians for a start. They are extremely clever, talented, and even the men are kind and tender. Not scary like we in the UK think. 🇺🇦
@televizorfan63162 жыл бұрын
"Nothing like Russians" is an overstatement. Usyk, for one, is a native Russian speaker and has been scolded by Ukrainian nationalists for rejecting the clear distinction between the two peoples. It's a huge Slavic continuum from Western Ukraine to Japan; like in GB or Anglo world, you can focus on regional differences but an average Ukrainian still blends in Moscow like an Irish or Scottish Briton in London.
