This dude just proves we've all been ripped off by "Country Music" for the last 25yrs. A man with a guitar, in the woods, singing about everyday stuff that everyday dudes can relate to. You're 100x more country, authentic and relatable, than ANYTHING out of Trashville, TN. Thank you for turning down the $contracts$. 🙏 Stay grounded brother. 🙏

Hope he gets a manager to get the rewards the right way. He got talent and then some. First time I listened to country in a long time and didn’t want to hit the stop button. It hits on a lot of levels and musically it’s sound, you may think you know where it’s going, but he has surprises when it twists and turns… love it, can’t ask for more…

Oliver, I know you will probably never see or read this and I understand! I am 76 years old, farm raised country boy! Went into the military in 1966 and Vietnam in 68! I was honorably discharged in 70! I was pretty much an alcoholic! My mama’s prayers were answered in 71 on her deathbed and The Lord Jesus rescued me and saved my soul and my life! Worked hard in construction until God called me into the ministry for 40 years! I am retired with severe heart problems! Finding you and your music and songs has stirred me in the depths of my soul! I love you young Brother and I am praying for you that God will protect you and use you and your ministry greatly! 🙏❤️👍🇺🇸

I'm a Black 45 year old Hip Hop Head. I liked Rich Men, Get Sober and I like this. I live in the Midwest. I'm a blue collar worker who works 50-60 hrs a week to survive. Somehow his music resonates with me. I can't explain it.. almost like, "He's one of us and I can tell" pours through his music. The struggle sounds real and not just like some written lyrics. I like this guy. A lot.

People like him pop up from time to time and make a big splash, but country radio still like pushing that same shit they've been pumping out for years. They're gonna try and get people like Oliver into their mold and if he doesn't fit for very long, they're gonna scoot him over to the Americana stations. Maybe he'll have a Colter Wall or Sturgill Simpson kind of career, where he's getting all this hype in other avenues, like film soundtracks, touring, and the like. Who knows, I wish him the best of luck. I don't think he's going to change for them.

This is a crazy deep song for me. I had a 90 some (1995) Chevy with a 350 when my wife and I dated and then married. What nostalgia for me, keep writing these songs Oliver! This resonates with so many people in this country right now. We are all supporting you, keep giving voice to all of our thoughts and feelings. Your career is moving around faster than a fart in a hot skillet. 👍🏻

I'm currently spinning my way through life from my back to the wall and I don't know which way to go. Fear is my everyday friend, even if unwanted. I haven't experienced such peace since I ran into you. You help me every day. Go on. btw, I'm from the Czech Republic.

This is the soundtrack of my life as I drive my 97 Silverado around town. Your songs are beautiful and touch us in ways that modern music can't. Thank you for giving us so much of yourself.
