Do you think artists have to copyright every song or picture that they paint? That's a no. Stolen art is stolen art. KZfaq even specifically has rules against this. He could do a take down of this channel if he wanted to. They're taking advantage of the fact that he probably doesn't know any better or have a team ready and willing to do it for him yet. You should check out fair use law before you start bumping your gums about something you know nothing about clearly.
