I LOVE how olivia presented lana this award. Lana created a beautiful genre of music at a time when vulnerability wasn't communicated and she is the best song writer alive and i swear i couldn't think of anyone more deserving of this award. God i love Lana and I AM PROUD OF HER.

Supposedly Lana from Lana Turner as she is evidently into the aesthetic of old Hollywood and Del Rey as she has a lot of Latina friends who she was hanging out with at the time of her career taking off. Apparently it can also be translated/interpreted to mean King of Wool so makes a nod to her middle name but idk if that was intentional
