I am very interested to know what their physiques would look like if they lightened the weight and used better form throughout their careers. Im not knocking them. Just curious about what full range of motion would have made them look like

Great guys. Great athletes. I don't want to have to state the obvious, but I will. Many, not all, of you watching cannot train with this sort of volume. Experience, genetics, and yes, I'll say it, PEDs play a big factor. Again, gifted athletes, but take it for what it is...entertainment.

What I admire of both guys is the intensity on their workouts and also the fact they are big partners and motivate each other. The form looks kinda sloppy is true but obviously it works for them as per the results, if I would train like this; i am gonna break all my bones. I guess they do not always train like this videos which they usually post, but they do when they compite for the show and they proceed to lift as heavy as they can do and they do not give a shit about the form because it is with other objetives on this cases. Just my opinion and what I can notice since my point of view. Excuse any mistake in my english.

trainers have to say that because if you get hurt while they train you it can end up in a lawsuit or if you sign a form which pretty much everyone does saying that the trainer is not responsible for any injury you may incur it still looks bad on your PT who probably might have less custys in the future. I took personal training courses these things are important especially when training new comers. Branch is a professional IFBB pro he has conditioned his body through years of training to handle this shit plus he's one of those guys like ronnie coleman who is more of a powerlifter bodybuilder. I would say Branch could arguably be a better powerlifter than bodybuilder but I don't know for sure.

Take home message: Don't do what Branch and Johnnie do, because you're not Branch or Johnnie. These guys are in a totally different league than even most of the elites. If you think how they train (form, ToT, etc) is foolish and that they don't know what they're doing, you're kidding yourself.

love the code / commandments. i will definitely have etiquette 'laws' ...which will be enforced when i have my own gym in the future. tired of people working out by the dumbell rack. tired of people sitting on machines on social media while doing nothing. tired of couples occupying racks for an hour as though they own the place. tired of people sweating like hogs and thinking a half-assed wipe down is sufficient. tired of people blowing their nose on the bathroom floor as though that's acceptable. etc..etc..etc..

BakeIsBaked420 Meathead1991 Exactly. The problem with people is that they use the word "steroids" as an excuse to their incompetency. I am sure complaining type can never be close to him even with steroids, their full range of motion and their perfect form.
