If you are not taking a big swing and blocking the ball certainly doesn't come back faster at the opponent. Maybe he's confusing it with table tennis (and even there you have to be good to block efficiently) in his fever dream.

I would do just fine against that serve, thank you. I have played tennis regularly for years and serve harder than he is serving to the guys. All he is doing is serving a slice shot directly into their body. If they would actually move either direction before he served the ball, they would have a easy forehand or backhand. He is just jamming them.😂

@@reaganjones1337 I doubt you see 120+ mph serves and handle them "just fine". And even the stars touch down on asphalta firma now and then. Rafa has tallied some second serves in the 80’s. This serve hurt him because it was much slower than the average. You know how pros manage to return 120 mph serves? They need to see a lot of 120 mph serves and get used to them. The reason? That 120 mph serve is actually moving at 1/2 that velocity, or 60 mph, by the time it reaches the receiver’s racquet. The raw pace isn’t what makes it hard to return, the receiver’s reaction time does.
