In case anyone is struggling with EE and none of these KZfaq vids help… check your pelvis at address. One of my issues was anterior pelvic tilt (i.e. crotch angled too far downward, and ‘ass up’). You need a more neutral pelvis, and slight bend in upper spine in order to create ‘room’ in the downswing. Otherwise your spine gets ‘locked’ and you can’t ‘hold the angle’. As other commenters indicated, often EE is a symptom rather than root cause

The first time I got a good look at the OU football facilities was 1991 when they had a bunch of high school juniors in. After that I went on several unofficial visits and an official. I was amazed at the facilities and how nice everything was. Compared to this it was absolutely terrible back then. The amount of money and effort put in to college athletics is amazing to me. Heck, the indoor facility that they didn't show is nicer than anything on campus was back then.
