Yes, it is true, due to some personal issues and they are unable to host it, it goes back to Innsbruck, Austria. Lake Placid got to do it four years later in 1980.

After Melbourne was mispronounced I didn’t expect Brisbane to be pronounced correctly. My bet is Indonesia 2036 they are pretty advanced in the new bidding process and could have won over Brisbane but Brisbane had a huge head start and was leaps and bounds ahead of all the other candidates in talks to host 2032.

I wonder when they will name the 2030 Winter Olympics host city. I know that Vancouver, Canada, Salt Lake City, USA, Sapporo, Japan, and Barcelona, Pyrenees, Spain are bidding to host it. It usually occurs a year after the Olympics.

If Salt Lake City wins the bid for the 2030 Winter Olympics, then this would be so cool, because not only will this mark the return of the Winter games on American soil after 28 years, but more importantly, this would be the first time that the next host city of the Olympics in its history (for both Summer and Winter) will remain in the same country two years after the Los Angeles 2028 Summer games!

No podria jugarse en acapulco acapulco es ciudad alterna y aparte se tendria que que construir lo que el gobierno y el mismo Marcelo Ebrard lo dijo que no quieren contruir si no renovar y estamos a hablando de la ciudad de México.A acapulco se le darian las competencias de vela,voleyvol de playa como en 1968 y como añadieron surf esa se la darian a Oaxaca
