Watched a doco on him where experts say that he was a freak but his running technique actually stops him from running even faster. His side to side movement while running slows him down and that if he had been coached at a young age to stop this he would most likely have broken the 100m WR by even more.

Worst part about it is he kept looking around, at the clock from 150m. If he had stayed focus on running he definitely would've broken into 18 sec barrier. Probably about 18.98

UB ran that race angry because all the backlash for the chest pump in the 100m earlier. That emotion produced a then world record at the time. “Big Ups” to the GOAT!!!

Probably the one race in his whole career that he really worked hard all the way through. At 150m you can see the effort on his face in trying to maintain form, stride length and speed. This and M.J's 200m are my favourite races in history.
