Please take note of the main points below
Mech lift pumps good for 400 bhp (7.7mm pump) or 500bhp (8.5mm pump)
Do not modify return banjo when using mechanical lift pump
Drill return banjo outlet hole 2.5mm and de-burr when running Bosch 044
Always confirm fuel inlet pressure with a gauge, optimum pressure is 0.5-2.0 bar (unless using DM 8mm lf3 which needs over 3 bar)

im a bit touched with the tism, and so i have a knack for certain details and i have observed quite a few super turbo setups in my day- i dare say you have innovated here. never seen a switchover box in all my years, and i have never seen the supercharger as the primary stage. in 100% of cases i can recall, its always a turbo blowing thru a supercharger. this is awesome. with two stages of intercooling who knows how efficient this setup might be. amazing. might use this configuration on one of my mr2s in an upcoming project. really, cudos and cheers. as always this channel is a breath of fresh air and a motivation. if i had the funds i would be working on an om606 swap right now and thats 100% cause of you mate. thanks from new mexico, us.

It was my dream to build a om606 I brought the parts from Luke spent thousands I’m not pretending to be a engineer or anything but I couldn’t finish the engine build when I asked him to help me and I’d pay to have the engine built on 3 separate occasions he told me he was too busy. I’m selling everything now and replacing with vr6 turbo but very sad times

@@LimpmodeGangmostly depends on where you live? In the US we have #2 diesel as standard fuel which will stay liquid down to about -30’F, the heater is to keep the fuel from gelling in the pump.

Luke, Nice looking bit of kit, but..... The supply lines are all pretty small. I am struggling with the 10mm line (stock on the GU/Y61 Patrol) and a Carter Black (14PSI) lift pump in the rear to feed a VP44.

Hello friends. I watch you and enjoy watching every night before going to sleep. Can you find a solution for the servo pump from Mercedes A class w168. I have a 2003 1.7 cdi. the car works perfectly, but so far I have had problems with the servo pump 5 times. I pay a lot every time to fix it. or buy a used one that breaks down quickly. is there any other pump or a long-term solution. Greetings from Montenegro.

14:00 ...or just a decent e fuel pump! e.g. facet has a bunch, from simple to excellent. All with LOW pressure but up to 120l afaik.

Is the mechanical lift pump good for 300 hp with 7.7mm mechanical pump on om605? I'm the owner of a Mercedes 190 2.5d and I'm looking for a donor car with om605, I plan to put hx30 turbo and a pump from you guys.

Do you have have a kit for a 722.6 transmission so the 5th gear works? I'm looking at fitting at 606 into a w123 wagon.

think an om648 would be more suited in your case, also cheaper.

Are the 8.5mm elements the largest you can fit into your pump body/cambox? Ive located Diesel-Kiki 9.5mm elements for an A-size inline pump. Trying to locate an OM 606 pump to see if its viable fitment wise.

@@DieselPumpUK Machining anything isnt an issue. Cant wait to get a body to see if these elements can be fitted. Therez also a Fiat/Iveco lift pump based on a K22 2 valve (Bosch) liftpump with the Mercedes mounting flange with a handprimer that easily makes 35-40psi. Only thing Ive found with the higher pressure is that under prolonged use the two studs can actually be pulled out of the pump body, Helicoils or Timeserts fix that.

There would not be enough wall thickness to take a further 1mm from the rotating cups.

@@DieselPumpUK By rotating cups do you mean the quadrant sleeves? I located a brandnew 4cyl and a 6 cylinder pump that these elements are fitted to, so modifying any internals to fit and work shouldnt an issue. And if it will fit Ive got a Nissan governor case that has a boost control/aneroid cast as a part of it so no Aldi. But as the pump will be going onto a marine engine it doesnt need the aneroid anyway. Will get the camshaft treated woth the same process as the Aussie V8 Supercars use on the gearboxes and rear ends. Id just like to put one together and put on the ole reliable Hartridge 1100 and see wat fuel it can produce.

how much are you selling engines for? You have individual aftermarket/oem parts listed on the website but nothing about the engines you may available for sale or laying about. just a thought

What ever your foot makes it. No boost it’s usually around 50cc per 2k engine rpm. If you hit boost, could be 100cc or more per 2k engine rpm.
