Exactly… not illegal at all. Many celebrities do the exact same thing all the time. The dubious charge of falsifying documents is a misdemeanor at best. Did you know the Hillary was only fined for her misreporting the payment to FusionGPS for the Steele dossier that started the whole Russia collusion hoax? How come she wasn’t charged with a felony as well? Or maybe for insurrection or treason? Sure Trump was trying to hide something but at least he wasn’t fabricating “evidence” to frame a political opponent, and justify a fraudulent FISA warrant to spy on their campaign in an attempt to dig up more dirt. It is not legal for a lawyer to agree with their client if they know that the client's interpretation of a gag order is incorrect. The lawyer has a duty to provide accurate legal advice and representation to their client, and agreeing to something that is not in line with the law or the terms of the gag order would be a violation of that duty. If the lawyer knowingly allowed their client to make false statements about the gag order, they could potentially face disciplinary action or legal consequences. It is important for lawyers to always act in accordance with the law and ethical standards in their representation of clients. Why did the Judge not address this issue ? Especially after the Judge has already told the same lawyer, he is losing all credibility with this court over the same Gag order. Again, justice is not equal !!! Where is justice ?
