This is a survival playthrough on the "welcome to the jungle" difficulty settings. The goal is to survive and explore the map and maybe build a nice base at some point.

@Grind This Game been fun so far, made it to Ep 8 now. Those goliath spiders you got on anaconda island from stone traps are the ones you're supposed to burn for bandage filling. Fishing can be good since they don't rot before being harvested. The pinkish flowers that give you food poisoning grow into the green turds over time and the turds are really good, you can actually buy them from some fruit markets in our world, never tried them but they're supposedly really good when ripe. Also, while roaming around in the jungle and need carbs, you can look out for a skinny palm type tree that has red at the top of the trunk. You may wanna look into making that pottery table btw, some interesting stuff comes with it!

@Grind This Game the green turd is actually a monstera deliciosa fruit but I find my version a more descriptive name. The fruit you call oranges are actually cocona fruit, but I feel like from a rp lost in the jungle point calling stuff by the wrong name is more correct than the actual name. Wouldn't know random jungle fruit so you'd name them something. Anyway looking forward to you playing more of this! If you ever decide to bother with the animal pen and pet/domestic animals know that you need to pick up their waste often or they get sick and die. Take care!

Fun fact where the grappling hook gun was, the entrance actually has a boulder in the main game, the guy inside fell down and broke a leg most likely and couldnt get back out because of it, but once you do the spiritual ritual it opens up the cave haha

@@GrindThisGame I really recommend it, it is really interesting story telling of why you're there and everything. Spirits of amazon is the prequel to the story but has spoilers if you dont play the main one. Also the main one kinda gives directions and unique things that single player doesnt

Also at 1:02:16 that red flower plant, if you cut it down and use the fresh flowers in a soup, it reduces fever by a lot, if I recall correctly. The dried flowers wont work though.

At 56.44 in this part that bit of water you crossed check it out again it's the only stream in the game that gives clean water because that empty clearing is where the big tent is in the tutorial

I wish you showed the cords of that grappling hook. I would have remembered and went to find it tomorrow. I had to start a new map after watching the first 7 episodes lolol this is such a great game. And yea it’s just boring to Google stuff it’s more fun to watch you or another video and then go find it.

When you're thirsty but without clean water, it helps to drink from a container since you'll get more water but the same number of parasites as drinking with your hands.

Omg bow breaks on shot two of alligator haha lucky! Also the jungle cat is a Jaguar in the game. IRL it could be a leopard but not likely. 😜
