cr.mk is special cancel-able and hits twice
MGB juggles differently, can't use it like you could in ultra
new move: qcb+LK-LP
ex.ducking into P now acts like a diet version of his ultra. Kills the juggle but looks cool.

Bliffotasty is Desk, am I right? In 2012 I saw a video from Desk with Dudley's combos with great music. The song was a mix of Dudley's and Balrog's theme but I can't find it anywhere... could someone help me?

0:52 was a trade-hit into Cross Counter? that was some crazy fast input i didnt think possible during hitstun, unless its an Omega only thing to be counter-abled during hitstun.

i know, but im seeing a trade-hit on the first hit. then the cross-counter caused by the clone, but its so fast it looks as if the command was input during Dudley's hitstun.

stay187 He did play online and in tournaments, fared pretty well but not as good as the pros out there strictly speaking.

NeroDante89 Yeah i find it so odd combo geniuses like Desk and others who are experts in making lab like combo videos and stretch a fighting game engine's capabilities with characters. Somehow don't dominate tournaments as much for whatever weird reasons! With their innate combo knowledge with so many characters.

MGSBigBoss77 For two reasons: - In tournament setting, the focus is on winning and not styling. Desk's speciality, as you said, is to push the game's engine to the max which is unneeded during tournaments; - In an online environments, pulling off consistent 2-F and 1-F combos is next to impossible due to lag (unless you're playing on Japanese or South Korean Internet).

NeroDante89 Fair enough and good answers. but with the Capcom Cup up and running. one wonders if Desk wouldn't enter himself saying he wanted the huge pot of money $$$ they're offering and try and style and win no matter the obstacles and play the same way etc's.

MGSBigBoss77 Still, going for long and stylish combos is extremely risky in tournament play. Don't forget that Desk is performing these combos in a relaxed setting where there's minimal stress and no stakes involved. I'm pretty sure that Desk will crack at some point during tournaments, especially if he's up against top players. I also forgot to mention that some TVs also induce input delay and given how a tournament is organised, organisers will usually go for TVs that minimise (but not eliminate) input delay for cost reasons.
