Thanks for sharing Nana.... oh so many wonderful recipes to choose from... but as you said I will choose one and stick with it for about 3 months.... I did that before with one that you showed us and it has worked lovely. I think I have the protein and moisture balance down pact now so I will focus on conditioners/masks for hair growth.
