I have never seen a wedding cake that size. Probably the bride and groom had many guests. Good thing it didn't fall down. Otherwise, it is such a waste of cake.

Putting this in context: it’s a spectacular show, but the cake isn’t real. This type of cake would have doweling and other supports under each tier, as well as supports in between cake layers for tall cakes. You can not cut simply through these types of cake supports. There’s real cake in the kitchen to be served to the guests!

That's not true and it's not a silly show. That's a REAL cake. The doweling isn't wider than the cake that's sitting on it. They're cutting the layers that's not touching a dowel. The sword has icing on the tip and it's not bouncing off the edges as would be the case if the layers were cardboard. If the cake was fake, they'd only cut a tiny section off the bottom layer where the baker inserted pieces big enough for two people. Plus, by the looks of things in the video, that is an expensive wedding

For comments. KZfaq is fun learning new something get educated. Go round the world on a budget enjoy so much good from different countries in our imagination. Most of all planes and cruise liners are always on schedule and staff are wonderful. Tips to ensure promptitude is taken care of. Here I must mention compliments to the USAF pilots and ground crew who keep the plans in top shape. The nicest part when they dance and marshall so the pilots can take off and land accurately.

Usually the cake in there first one the biggest at the bottom. The cake will be like one third of the main cake at the base for the main table or for the couple and parents. Individual cakes will be gift wrapped and on the guest tables.

In Arab world all wedding cakes are like this. It's not a real cake, it's only for presentation purposes and it's made of something solid, harder than foam. It's provided by the wedding hall and you don't buy anything extra for it. If you look at it up close, it's not that pretty but of course it depends on the wedding hall.
