150g (5.29 oz) sugar
30g (1.5 tbsp) butter
150ml (2/3 cup) heavy cream
--- cream:
200g (7.05 oz) dark and milk chocolate
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp boiling water
3 tsp gelatin
350ml (1.5 cups) chilled heavy cream
--- cake frosting
100g (3.52 oz) dark chocolate
1/3 cup heavy cream
