One of my favorites is early in the game when Rosenberg's asking you to scare the jury. "Do I look like I could intimidate a jury!? I couldn't even intimidate a child! And believe me I've tried."

@@omrobby Vice City has those criminal empire asset missions which gives you full freedom, you can complete the asset missions in any order, and can even do the Cubans and Haitians mission so early or even after the final mission.

Diaz was a man child with power and anger issues, GTA Vice City Stories showed that Diaz only got to power because someone else killed his rivals and didn't want to be the Boss,Umberto is funny as hell😂
