BRISTOL CHANNEL FISHING [ SEA FISHING UK.
No blank today ! fished lilstock over high water and three hours down .
great session with three codling landed and a few missed .

Thats where the cod are lol, we was across the water in Goldcliff, no joy for us, hope the kids enjoy the Cod n chips buddy, stay safe brother love to all ✌✌👍

I fished Bristol channel for over 10 years and never had a decent size cod it was whiteing Evey time.even when people left and right of me where on the cod .it became a long running joke so when I see good vids of cod coming in I think I might have just one more go.... great to see you have success!

Great stuff mate! Nice to see them swimming away again. Chances are that will end up in a net and they certainly won't be putting them back! In the sixties and seventies the sea was full of cod easily up to double figures. Don't think we'll ever see that again sadly 😦😦😦

Thanks kerry , mate your right about the seventies and the eighties there were some massive fish around , your lucky to see one a year now of a decent size anyway . My kids love a bit of cod now and again i do put most back and watch them swim , take care and stay well

Well done Tony, some lovely fish there in fairness. Nice to see a bit of Bristol Channel Gold come out every now and then. Hopefully it will fish well throughout January before that lull period kicks in. Nice one mate, great session! 👍👍

Hiya bill , you can fish that mark on low or high mate over high water tho you need to cast well over 150 yards to reach the sand/ mud , great place to fish chap 5mins from the car park the boulders are a bit harsh but just rake your time mate , hope that helps
