I could not find Mel's Word Wheel, but this is a very similar Emotion Wheel you can use.

So remember the 3 steps we discussed:
1) Give yourself a time out for 5-10 minutes before indulging in your craving
2) Stop and ask yourself why you're grabbing the food, what emotion you're feeling? Name it.
3) Do the Vegas nerve slow breathing technique I showed you
