There is a difference between work for and work in your salvation. You don't have to work for it but you will have to work in it. Example reading and studying the Bible takes work time and effort. You can't say because you have salvation you don't have to studying the Bible because the Holy Spirit will read it for you. Crucify your flesh resisting the devil resisting temptation. Are all things you have to do in Salvation but not for it.

You're making the assumption that people who don't believe in OSAS believe in "works only". I don't believe in OSAS but I do believe that we are saved by grace alone through faith and works will naturally come from that.

As someone who doesn't believe in OSAS I do believe this is possibility the strongest argument for the pro-OSAS crowd. Just out of curiosity. Are you saying that Jesus is not God then? If so then it means that people who believe in Jesus are in idolatry. The Trinity is just trying to describe that Godhead that we see Paul speaking about.

I am afraid to let go of what Jesus said, people who don't believe in eternal security do not understand how they are saved if they did, it would not be a question.
