Brilliant video! I have had chronic fatigue for nearly 30 years and lost nearly 95% of original health and energy. In spite of doing everything possible like diet exercise supplements etc I'm getting worse in every way. I am a yes person and live in a toxic relationship. Like you said I think that is what is sucking my energy. I really have to do something about this otherwise I don't see a way out. I love that you said you are not just a drop in the ocean but a drop with the whole ocean in it. Thank you so much.
